Integrations
Connect Displayful to the tools you use, and show their dashboards and reviews on your screens.
Integrations bring your other tools onto your screens. Connect Power BI to show your reports, Trustpilot to show your reviews, or Grafana to keep an eye on your systems.
You connect an integration once for your company, and everyone on your team can use it.
Connect an integration
- Go to Integrations.
- Click Connect on the integration’s card, or at the top of its page.
- Sign in to your account on that service and approve access, or fill in the details the form asks for, like an API key.
- Click Connect if a form opened.
The card now shows 1 connection.
Each integration’s page in Displayful has an Installation guide with the details for that service.
Tip Some integrations, like Google Sheets or Tableau, have nothing to connect. Their Installation guide shows you how to put them on screen with a Website slide.
What each integration lets you show

Until an integration is connected, the slides and review sources it powers are greyed out. See Slides.
Disconnect an integration
- Go to Integrations, or open the integration’s page.
- Click Disconnect and confirm.
The slides and review sources it powers are greyed out again for new slides and sources.
FAQ
Can I connect two accounts for the same service?
No. Your company has one connection per integration.
Why is a slide type greyed out when I add a slide?
It needs an integration you haven’t connected yet. Connect it from Integrations, then add the slide again.
Who can connect integrations?
Everyone on your team, both owners and members. See Members for more about roles.
