Members and roles
See who's in your company, what owners and members can do, and how to add or remove people.
Members are the people who work on your screens with you. Everyone in a company sees the same devices, slideshows and schedules, so your team can keep content fresh together.
Each person is either an owner or a member. Owners look after the company itself.
See who’s in your company
- Click Settings in the sidebar.
- Open Members.
You see everyone in the company with their name, email and an Owner or Member badge.
Owners and members
Both roles can build and run your screens. Only owners can manage the company and its people.

When you create a company, you become its owner.
Remove a member
- Go to Settings and open Members.
- Click Actions next to the person.
- Click Remove and confirm.
The person loses access to your company straight away.
Note Owners can’t be removed, so a company always keeps at least one owner.
FAQ
Can I change someone’s role?
Not from the app. If you need another owner, contact [email protected].
I’m a member. Why can’t I see Settings?
Settings is only for owners. Ask an owner in your company if you need something changed there.
