Review boards

A review board collects customer reviews and feedback from the services you already use, and shows them together on a screen.

You fill a board with sources, then add it to a slideshow as a slide.

Before you start

Each source comes from an integration, so connect the ones you need first. See Integrations.

Create a review board

1. Go to Review Boards and click Add Review Board.
2. Enter a Name.
3. Click Save.

Add a source

1. Open the board and click Add source in the Sources card.
2. Pick a source. Sources you haven’t connected yet are greyed out.
3. Fill in the details for that source.
4. Click Save.

You can add as many sources as you like, even several of the same kind. For example, add one Trustpilot source for each region you sell in.

To change or remove a source, open the menu on its row and click Edit or Delete.

Show it on a screen

1. Go to Slideshows and open a slideshow.
2. Click Add slide and choose Review Board.
3. Under Review Board, pick your board.
4. Click Save.

The slide shows up to 10 reviews, mixed from all of the board’s sources. See Slides.

FAQ

Can I see the board before I put it on a screen?

Yes. Click Open on the board’s page to see it in a new tab.

Note The link under URL opens the board for anyone who has it, so share it with care.

Why don’t I see all my Trustpilot reviews?

The board shows your 4- and 5-star Trustpilot reviews.

Why is a source greyed out?

Its integration isn’t connected yet. Connect it from Integrations, then come back and add the source.
