Slides

Add images, websites, dashboards and more to a slideshow, and choose how long each one shows.

Slides are the pages your screens show, one after another. A slide can be an image, a website, a countdown, a QR code, your latest reviews or a live dashboard.

Slides play from the top of the list to the bottom, then start over.

Add a slide

  1. Go to Slideshows and open the slideshow.
  2. In the Slides card, click Add slide.
  3. Pick a slide type. Type in Filter slide types… to find one quickly.
  4. Fill in the fields and set the Duration.
  5. Click Save.

New slides go to the end of the slideshow.

Duration is how many seconds the slide stays on screen. New slides start at 30 seconds. Drag a slide by its handle to change the order.

Countdown

Enter a Title, choose when the countdown Ends at and its Timezone, and add a Message to show when time runs out.

QR Code

Add a Title and Description, then choose a QR Code Type. Pick URL to link to a page, or WiFi Network so guests can scan to join your Wi-Fi.

Review Board

Choose one of your review boards. Create the board first in Review boards.

Integration slides

Relatel Wallboard, Tavle Board, Power BI and Grafana Dashboard show data from another service. They’re greyed out in the list until you connect that service. See Integrations.

FAQ

Why is a slide type greyed out?

It needs an integration you haven’t connected yet. Connect it from Integrations and the type becomes available.

Can I change a slide’s type after adding it?

No. Add a new slide of the type you want and delete the old one.
